DraftMyForms (draftmyforms.com) is operated by WMK Speciality Services LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name and sign-in information when you create an account.
- Documents and prompts: the documents you create, edit or save, the instructions you give the AI, and style preferences such as company name, address and colors that you choose to save.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Usage and device information: pages visited, features used, AI credits used, sign-in times, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address (city, region, country), browser, operating system, device type, referring site and campaign tags.
- Email address only: if you join our email list without creating an account.
How we use it
- To provide the service: generating, editing, saving and sharing your documents.
- To run your account and subscription, and to enforce plan limits.
- To send service emails such as welcome messages, receipts, trial and payment notices, and alerts about your AI credits.
- To keep the service secure, including detecting abuse and suspicious sign-ins.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, including reviewing the quality of generated documents.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of DraftMyForms for us:
- Supabase: accounts, database and file storage.
- Stripe: payments and subscription billing.
- Anthropic: AI processing of your prompts and document content to generate results.
- Resend: sending email.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- ipapi.co: converting IP addresses to approximate location.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as the color theme, keep drafts, and record referral codes. You can clear this storage in your browser settings; you will then be signed out.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information and documents while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices
- You can view and edit your saved documents and preferences in your dashboard and settings.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Service emails about your account and billing are part of the service.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@draftmyforms.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
DraftMyForms is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email or on the site.
