These terms govern your use of DraftMyForms (draftmyforms.com), operated by WMK Speciality Services LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

DraftMyForms provides document templates, a document editor, and AI tools that generate and edit documents from your instructions. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Templates and AI-generated documents are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Laws vary by state and change over time. You are responsible for reviewing every document and making sure it is accurate and suitable for your purpose. Consult a licensed professional for advice about your situation.

AI-generated content

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Check names, figures, dates and terms before you rely on or send any document.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@draftmyforms.com if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DraftMyForms to:

• create forged, counterfeit or fraudulent documents, or documents meant to deceive anyone, including fake pay stubs, receipts, IDs or government forms presented as genuine;
• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or harass others;
• interfere with the site, get around plan limits, or access other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• A free trial, when offered, is available once per account. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged at the end of the trial.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Your content

You own the documents and information you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate results.

Our content

The site, its design, software and templates belong to WMK Speciality Services LLC. You may use templates to create documents for your own personal or business use, but you may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WMK Speciality Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify account holders by email or on the site. If you keep using DraftMyForms after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
